I was checked in by someone who wasn’t my actual customer service representative. His name was Glenn. He was helpful. He said it shouldn’t be more than two hours for my car to get done. I never heard from my actual CSR. So, after two hours I went to the desk. My person was Peter. He was helping a couple. I waited by the desk for about 10 minutes. He didn’t acknowledge me (which was obviously ok because he was helping the other people). Finally the other CSR told him who I was. He said my car is ready and, if I didn’t need a printed receipt, I could take it. I did. When I got home I clicked on the link that came with the ”your car is ready” text that came about 12 minutes after I left. It showed a balance of $64 even though my service was included in a prepaid plan. I called in and they said that there shouldn’t be any changes. However, now I am concerned.
Anyway, it was not a great experience. I think the other CSRs should be able to check someone out when the assigned CSR is busy. There were at least three or four people who didn’t have customers in front of them.

When we bought the car, everybody was very nice but bringing it in Heidi Buchanan was nice at first, but when I called her to find out about My car, she was very upset and bothered by my questions regarding My car . She said I will call you back in a couple minutes after 30 minutes, I called and she said I will call you when your car is ready. She said it might be another day. I said how am I supposed to get to work? I need a rental. She says I told you I will call you when I get the report. I should call you after five. She was very rude. When I went to pick up my car. I asked her what would happen if I needed a rental ? she said we would give you one . She told me what was wrong with my car. I asked her does my remote work. She says delete your app on your phone and open it again I said can you help me and she said no go ask one of the salesman, I don’t know how to do that . I approach Byron. He was shocked that she did not know what to do. I told him she’s rude and he agreed. He said where’s your car? I said it should be outside. We walked outside. There was no sign of my car, we used the red button on the key pod . Byron had to go and get my car from the lot. He was helpful. I asked Heidi where’s my car ? She said out there pointing to the lot , I said I have to go get? This was not a great experience.
