Jeffrey was great once he was able to get to me. But, I waited for nearly 20 minutes in my car when I got there as he was busy with his earlier customer. It maybe because I was early for my appointment but there were other service people available that walked by but they said Jeffrey was assigned to my car. Your process needs to improve so that if someone is busy and customers are waiting, others need to step in. I saw many other customers who arrived later than me get serviced ahead of me. I attribute this entirely to your process vs Jeffrey.

Trevor was phenomenal to say the least. It was my first time bringing my truck to Northridge Toyota, and he made the process absolutely seamless. He also had a good sense of humor and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Peter in service gave me completely wrong information about the servicing of my Honda, which I purchased at your dealership. He said he or someone in your agency would have to drive my car to Woodland Hills Honda to assess the problem. That was wrong. He said it might take a few days to analyze or fix the problem. I asked if I agree to that could I get a loan car. He said they didn't have any. I previously got loaner cars at no charge. He told him that I didn't think I would have a ?8He said that the sales people will say anythi to get a customer to buy a car. He was puttin g down his own employer. I then spoke with finance about what was said.I am very disappointed with your service service department.
