Pete is amazing!! I've been coming to Toyota Northridge for four years and he is the only one I met that broke everything down when it came to the services I needed and even showed me pictures and videos. He is an amazing person and I only want him to be my service person. You can tell he loves his work and his customers. His passion shows and I am super appreciative of his expertise! Toyota Northridge is lucky to have a man like him!

Everything was great. One quick comment: I received an SMS about my vehicle's check-in being completed 10-15 mins after I left the vehicle for the service. That SMS read that I'd be followed up with multi-point check results very shortly. That follow up came 2 hours later, right before I picked up my vehicle. 2 hours is a bit long for a short follow up. There were some recommended items on the list I was given, and it would have been good to get some of them done today. I did not want to wait for extra 3-4 hours and spend all day at the dealership, so skipped them all. I believe it would have been nicer to get multi point results sooner (not 2 hours after), so that I could have approved some of them while I was waiting and planned for the rest day. This is not a big issue, but just wanted to share if you are looking for any improvements in your service

Trevor is awesome! Helpful, accommodating as well! However, when I left Toyota I noticed my dashboard said “No Message” on it and NOW I have to go back to fix it!! This is very annoying and time consuming!

Anthony was excellent. He is very client centered. It wasn't just about doing a job, he cared about his clients. He informed me when my Toyota care was about to expired and to bring the car in; he cared enough to advocate for decaf coffee because there wasn't any. He let me know which is the priority of repairs and what would be most economical for my budget. I referred him to my brother and my brother now is also a client of his. I was a loyal customer for nearly 20 years at another Toyota dealer but their customer service started to decline. I was very happy to have found Northridge Toyota. So far so good and I am hoping that the good service and highly skilled technician will continue... I also loved all the amenities at Northridge Toyota with a large waiting room, water, variety of coffee including decaf, food if we choose to purchase while we wait. It's good customer service!! Thank you!!!
