Just checked the hose clamp to the spot that was leaking and it was loose. Grabbing a screwdriver and tightening it for free instead of spending $600. What the heck

This was my first experience with Heidi my Service Person; I usually request Mufasta who was on vacation. Heidi was immediately welcoming and throughly explained what was required for this servicing. In addition, I explained there was a noise when driving that we could not identify when driving, and our the technician identified the issue which turned out to be the wheel bearing hub and assembly. Unfortunately for me, the repair required my car be left overnight. I expained to Heidi my wife and I were retired and had one vehicle. In addition, I had an important appointment to keep. She offered me a "loaner vehicle" which is the first time in all my years of being a customer, I have been offered such. I was beyond appreciative of her next level of customer service. My experience with Heidi was excellent and she exceeded my customer expectations.

The lady that helped me was not too helpful. I brought my car in and was told I could get a rental car since it will take up 5 hrs to work on the recall that needs to be done. Well she said that you guys didn’t offer free rentals. Not happy to hear that but I had no choice. Then I asked for an uber and when we were finished she said that she was going to call for one. Never did. I was sitting outside and nothing. I came inside and she was helping someone else and said that she had forgotten. I didn’t believe that which really upset me. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with this whole visit.
