Glenn was extremely helpful! He provided great service. However, my vehicle was returned covered with pollen. Having had my car for almost two weeks, I’d imagine Toyota could have washed my car prior to returning to me. Glenn was kind enough to give me a free car wash at Shell station, but it did not remove the significant amount of pollen my car was covered with. Toyota should pay attention to these details prior to returning vehicles to owners.
