A real total lack of respect! They wasted my time, I had to drive 1 hour to pick up my car. When I arrived they asked me for a payment that I shouldn't make and they conditioned me to have to pay or I couldn't take out my car. The advisor confirmed to me that he didn't have to pay anything and everything was approved by his manager. Now, I have to lose 1 day of work (my car is a cargo van). Very disappointed with the service.
