I had my first service at this , Northridge Toyota location and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Even though I scheduled an appointment in advance, I still had to wait for the representative. The service itself was done poorly—I specifically asked for a tire rotation, but they didn’t even check the tire pressure afterward. One of the tires was severely underinflated when I left. I won’t be returning here for future service, and I’ll be sharing this negative experience with friends as well.

The sales team did their job selling me a vehicle, however they fell short making me feel heard when I asked them to check the battery that was noticed to be an issue. The day after purchase, the battery was dead and I had to Jumpstart the car an bring the vehicle back for maintenence. Heidi, listened to my story and worked for me. Heidi advocated and fought to make sure that I was taken care of. I am happy with my purchase, however I was luke warm about my experience at Northridge Toyota until I met Heidi. Heidi is a rockstar!
