I was very satisfied with the customer service I received from Alex. He was efficient and friendly. However, I was discouraged to learn from Alex that the dealership has discontinued the courtesy vehicle wash I always looked forward to upon getting service done. I may have to choose a different dealership to do future service work. It is the small things that disappear for the customer while the business owner protects their bottom line. It’s frustrating that my cost for services and products keeps going up while the level of service goes down. Thank you.

Subject: Feedback on My Experience with Northridge Toyota
Dear Northridge Toyota Team,
I deeply regret ever turning to Northridge Toyota for my vehicle needs. Approximately 10 months ago, a dealer named Nadim misled me into transitioning from a lease to a purchase promising that after six months he would help me trade in my car under favorable conditions. That promise was never kept, and now I find myself $9,000 in the negative.
After signing the agreement, I repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract, which I was told would be sent to my email. Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I never received it. Only now, after ten months, was I finally able to obtain a copy when I came to your service center.
On May 5, I came in for a scheduled service. Unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved. Both my dashboard and the Toyota app still show that service is required. I spent nearly three hours waiting, only to find that the problem had not been fixed. Now I have to return again and waste even more of my time. I am a student and work after classes — I simply don’t have time for this.
To be honest, I no longer wish to have any dealings with Northridge Toyota.
