I didn’t feel as a customer I felt that I was running the whole business asking for updates asking what’s wrong asking just questions and the satisfaction wasn’t worth me getting my car serviced at Northridge. Never was I notified that the car was getting work one or what was going on I just got we don’t know and a call when the car was ready

I was not satisfied with the experience, as the service advisor I interacted with was unable to answer any of my questions. Each time I asked something, particularly about what warranties covered on my vehicle, her only response was “I don’t know” without making any effort to find the answer or offer assistance.
This left me feeling frustrated and unsupported, and I hope this can be addressed to improve future experiences.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by Gabriel Gonzalez during my service visit. He was unwelcoming, dismissive, and made no effort to communicate or assist me properly. I left feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to Northridge Toyota for future service.

The timing to let them I was there I waited 30 minutes before someone was able to help me to let them know I was there to drop off my car.My text appointment said 10:00 am when I got there they told me my appointment was at 9:30 am could not show them my text because my wife made the appointment at it was on her phone she made it for 10:00 am.

My insurance company turned out to be incompetent and inefficient and what should’ve taken about 1.5 months took 3 months to get payment. Noel at Northridge Toyota was amazing. He was emailing and spending long periods of time waiting to talk to people on the phone at the insurance company in order to help expedite the process. Even though I’m sure this was annoying, Noel was kind and considerate and understanding of my frustration. I would recommend Northridge Toyota to anyone needing service on their Toyota.
