The rep Jeffrey was fine. The issue was with the diagnostician. He reported that he couldn’t reproduce the problem with my car, which if driven as explained to reproduce the problem would be impossible not to reproduce it.

This was my first experience at this location. I was sitting in my vehicle for over 20 minutes before I was checked in for my appointment, which was very frustrating. However, Heidi was very friendly, helpful and thorough throughout the remainder of the process for my recall related service. My service was completed much more quickly than anticipated, and I know it was because Heidi went over and above to try to expedite my repair without my having to ask. I would definitely return to work directly with her again for services in the future.
