Last Saturday I picked my car up for engine recall that was completed on 2023 Tundra, but I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working, so rep Glenn told me to bring it in Monday morning for service. I took my car in Monday morning and nothing was done for the whole day. I called for status after seven hours and was told that he would call me back but never received a call back. I decided to go to the dealer to find out what’s going on and his excuse was he needed to get my authorization to work on the car so he tried to call me but couldn’t get a hold of me from company phone unit so nothing was done. He didn’t even try to call me from a cell phone or text me. He was trying to call me from the company phone unit. My cell phone line works because I tested it with other phones so I think he is lying to me. He said the car needed to stay for another day. I asked for a rental, but he said he didn’t have one. He couldn’t even find record that my engine recall was completed saying that parts were ordered so that was very confusing. At this point all I want is my air conditioning fixed. Like it was working before the engine recall. Also, I need brake service done that hasn’t never been fixed after three visits to Toyota.

Glen D was very professional. I am very satisfied with his service. The only complaint I have is that after the car was serviced, I had to wait the better part of 25 - 30 minutes outside in the cold for my car. That was miserable.
