Everything was great except for the communication. After I dropped off my car for its 15,000 mile check., I didn’t get any text messages. I didn’t even get a text or a call telling me that it was ready. I had to go ask and the guy told me. Oh yeah it’s been ready. I was there for over two hours. I’ve gone to other Toyota dealerships and they text me to let me know that my car is being worked on that my car is finished to come pick it up. Maybe have your service reps communicate more with the person so they’re not wasting their day sitting there.

I’m not who dropped the ball, but a simple 12thousand mile check took almost almost 4hours … the second visit was to affix a small missing piece by the driver’s windshield, which after almost two hours later was told that the wrong part was ordered and that I need to return another day for it. Jeffry was very nice, but again, I’m not sure who dropped the ball for me to wait so long on two different occasions with no resolve.
