Alex was very nice and polite. But he told me my car was ready and when I asked what I would be looking at my next visit I realized he hadn’t even looked at my paperwork where both air filters were in red and needs to be replaced. So I have an appointment tomorrow to come back and have those replaced. When Katy took care of my car I would get a call from her as soon as something needed to be fixed so I could have it all done the same day.

I waited outside too long ! like 18 minutes, and 5 cars that came after me went in to start the service . At the end it was a little over 2 hours for oil change . Next time I will try Toyota in Mission Valley .

Joe was very professional, and I particularly liked the way he handled a customer who was kinda in my space while the paperwork was being handled (nothing off charts, just a polite “sorry sir, she will need some space).
