Heidi was amazing! This is the second time Heidi has assisted with my car service. She is very friendly and attentive. She made sure to explain what services my car would receive. I liked that she was the one to personally call and let me know my car was ready rather than a text or another service member. Her customer service makes the experience exceptional. I will definitely request Heidi for my next service.

Gabriel is great but the service done to my car was not satisfactory. It came in making a sound and was picked up making the exact same sound. The car was there all day. I was told it was ready for pick up and took that as it was drivable. It is not. The car should have been road tested and if there were items that needed to be approved to make it functionally I should have been prompted by a message or a call. It is clunking and not roadworthy for the trips I needed it for this next week. Now I have to make other arrangements because I don’t have a car to drive for picking up my parents for graduation.
I came back immediately when I heard the same noise. Left my number and asked to be contacted the next day and left a message online. Nothing. Bo one contacted me.The situation I’m put in because my car was not fixed well is an unexpected hardship. I don’t have multiple days free to be bringing my car back. I am very disappointed.

Pros: Shirley was very personable and efficient.
Cons:
1. Driver's side mat was not replaced- as it was not a Toyota mat. It was placed on the trunk on top of clothes. The mat was very dirty! Paper should have been placed under the mat. I called Toyota after my visit. I was expecting a call from the service manager today and I did not receive one.
2. I left a coupon for service in my car. As we were writing up the invoice, my car has already been taken, and therefore I did not have the coupon with me. A 20% discount was given per an online coupon, but I would've rather been able to access my coupon which was $60 less than the price I paid I would like a credit for that discount.
