I had an appointment at 9:30 AM and my advisor showed up at 10, I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to take care of my truck, the guy did not apologize for being late and made me feel like it was my fault for them to be busy, he didn’t apologize and did not tell me what my truck needed to get done. Also, he didn’t offer me a Uber ride since oil change was gonna take almost 3 hours., Also didn’t explain to me what truck needed to get done so not professional at all

The agent who helped me today wasn't friendly. He didn't explain what service I will get. Also, he didn't explain that Uber is not available anymore. I asked him first for the Uber ride, and then he explained. He seemed he didn't want to work.. when I came to pick up my car, he didn't explain anything about the paper. He just did paper work on his computer, he didn't say anything. He just told me to sign on the paper. That was all he said. I asked him what the next service is.He didn't say anything first. He suggested to do the wheel alignment.anyqay, I was surprised that the Uber isn't available anymore.. on the website, it says they offer uber.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Trevor. He did not complete the full service report, which surprised even other staff members. I had been told my tires need replacement, and I was waiting for a detailed report with photos to review and share with my wife, especially since there was a deal being offered. Instead, I only received a text saying my car was ready, with no additional information.
Additionally, when arranging an Uber for my ride home after dropping off my car, Trevor entered the wrong address. The driver went to my drop off (home) address instead of Toyota, and after a 10-minute wait, I had to ask someone else who was helpful enough to request a new ride—resulting in another delay.
Overall, the lack of attention to detail and communication made for a frustrating experience.

I didn’t receive much guidance, and the only solution offered was to replace all four tires, even though the car is less than a year old. Additionally, the customer service was not the best.

I understand that the location gets busy, but I specifically made a very early appointment to get out early enough to get to work. That was my fault but when I got there, I waited five minutes to just even be seen and then another 15 minutes before I move myself into the shade. Trevor did not even come out to get me everybody else around me has been taken in and everybody kept telling me Trevor was on his way. After I was spoken to by a young lady who took me into his office Trevor was sitting at his desk and was seen.. Then I waited four hours just for a maintenance. I even had time to speak to somebody about purchasing another car there this Saturday. I had to ask another person to check me out. Basically it was just an overall disappointment this time. normally I have a great experience. That’s the reason why I moved from Glendale to Northridge because I really loved and had a great experience there.
