Gabe was great but beyond his control was the service people who took a very long time to do the small job of rotating tires. My car was there from 9am until about 4.

I brought car in 3 weeks ago for 6 month service and there was no mention of torn boot on axle. I only found out when I took car into Firestone for alignment. What exactly am I paying dealer for when I take car in for service and inspection?! I also found out battery needs replacing for 2nd time from Firestone. Service manager stepped in and understood and is trying to rectify situation.
