I brought two fobs with keys to be programmed; the keys got cut and programmed but for some reasons the fobs could not be. I discovered that they don't work once I left Toyota and called Michael back. He then spoke to the mechanics and informed me of the issue. It should have been communicated to me within those two days that my car was at Toyota, and I would have said to not do it. My main goal was to have remote fobs, NOT the keys. There is a clear lack of communication, and I was overcharged $300 for the job that wasn't done. I would like to ask for a refund.

Y’all sold me a 10k car, within 2 days of me driving it I noticed the interior lights didn’t work, I was told “that must have been missed in inspection”
Now less than 30 days after buying the car it now needs 3k of repairs to run. Y’all sold me a lemon and are trying to profit off of me
