I don't speak English as well but I can understand everything so, Rick could be speaking me all the time without another person. That was disrespectful to me. The interpreter was to me not for him.

Tod was great as usual; however, service with 'getting the review of the paperwork' for finalizing the process was slow. It appeared that there was too great of a customer demand for the service agents to adequately address customer needs. In short - it seemed that good employees were too stressed with too much demand to make for a positive experience. My impression is to have more employees to carry the load OR reduce the scheduling of customer service to a reasonable level for the service agents to manage. I suspect that continuation of apparent 'short staffing' could escalate to staff burn-out and, of course, a snowball effect that could conceivably damage your company. So, with 'too much on the plate' - Take a little off the plate to let your employees be great! Overall business, in the long run, will benefit!
