The guys were helpful and courteous, however we are having issues with our rear seatbelts ratcheting tighter and tighter on our 12-14yo kids on the freeway. Most freeway trips they have to take their seatbelts off at least once because they keep getting tighter and tighter. We told the guy and he tested them stationary with the car off and said they seemed fine. And that was that, no real attempt to recreate the conditions. This doesn’t happen in other cars, our kids hate it. Unresolved.
