Did not get to talk with the man that worked on my car Checked oil level at home and to me it seemed high 1/4 inch over max?! I always like to talk to the man who works on my car... But was told he was not available? 5 minutes with the mechanic would have made a big difference..

I made an appointment for 10:30 AM. When I arrived I was told that my service would take an hour and a half. I was told that the mechanics go to lunch at 11. At 12:15 I inquired about my vehicle. I was told that the mechanics were out to lunch and that the mechanic assigned to my vehicle would be returning by one and it should be done by 2:30. The service rep said that I could take my car as they hadn’t started on it as yet. He also asked if I would like to reschedule. I said I would take my car and call back to reschedule. If I would have known it was going to be more than five hours, I would have planned for a ride home.

did not resolve the problem with the P0004 your health check scanner needs to be updated I don’t know how detailed it is but a simple scanner from a shop picked up the code and numerous other ones. I will turn my results into Toyotas website and I will also show them the copy that you guys gave me showing that it was my fault for pushing on the pedal too much my car still losing miles per gallon.
