I waited three hours for a car promised to be fo be done in one all because of a computer glitch thst failed to convey thst I was waiting for the car. Even when I spoke to him at 8:45 (1 hour and 15 minutes after the promise to have it within an hour) I was given this same excuse and had to wait two more hours. There is no tea in your lounge either

When I made my appt I wish he had asked if I was going to wait for the service, as I didn't leave the dealership until after 1 pm (as I had to wait until the workers had their lunchhour). In total, I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Daniel is a nice, polite guy!
