My husband and I waited in the room that you provide for people who wait while their cars are being serviced. I realize that ALEX tried to call us, but for some reason he could not contact us. I assume I just did not have good reception. However, we were within sight. You could see us right through the window. I do not know why he could not have remembered that we were not going anywhere. We were waiting. But when I went looking for someone, Pablo was very good about finishing up the paperwork. So all ended well.

Alex and Toyota went above and beyond for me, a loyal customer since 2006! I needed a new battery today; after getting it jump-started, I drive to Toyota and Alex was able to fit me in to install a new battery RIGHT THEN ; I was in and out within 20-30 minutes! Kudos to Juan in Parts who put aside a battery for me. This is why I have been a loyal customer with the same car for 17 years!
