Andrea was fine. However I will never be back. I told Andrea 4 times that I ONLY wanted an oil change. Not only did the dealership conduct an inspection of my car without my permission, but I was asked to answer a survey at the end where I was shown pictures of my car, and it asked me to pay almost $600 for tire rotation and an air filter. Are you out of your freaking mind???? Andrea also admitted it’s policy now to force these questions and she doesn’t have a choice. Not only will I not be doing regular service at this dealership ever again, but I won’t be buying a Toyota in the future. Change your policy so you don’t drive off more customers with your low end sleezy mechanic policies.

Unfortunately, there was no coffee or any snacks. I had to go over to the Hampton Inn for a coffee. Was telling Todd that I wish you guys could give us a little box or bag with a donut and an iced tea in it. Would make such a difference. Especially since I had to be there for 5 hours.
