Robert was great especially in comparison to Rachel. She is awful. She made me hate Toyota of SB so much I delayed that airbag recall for years.

I had a 7am appt and it was after 5 before I heard from anyone and then I was told the car would not be evaluated until the morning. The estimate was ridiculously high - 3 to 4 times the car’s worth. With no person touch conversation had no idea how to proceed. So decided to get a second opinion where I would be treated like a human and actually have personal interaction with the people working on my car. I’ve been a Toyota customer for years but recently the service has really sunk to a low. On another note when I called to ask what hours the service dept was open I was told this individual worked in sales, didn’t know and then hung up on me. Not a great experience at all.
