Gabe was fine. Didn’t end up getting my truck serviced because it took too long even though I had an appointment. Waited for 2.5 hours, was told it probably wouldn’t be done for another hour even though I was initially quoted 1-2 hours for scheduled maintenance. Ridiculous service quality, never received a call informing me that it would take longer. I will never come back here or recommend Toyota of Santa Barbara for service or to buy a vehicle ever.

The Toyota email stated it was time for an oil change. So I called for an appointment and they said they would schedule me for an oil change and it would take about 2 hours. So, I carved that time out of my day and dropped off my car. They finished in45 minutes and checked the floor mats and checked basic things but no oil change. At this point in was told I don’t need an oil change until 10,000 miles. I only had 3,000 so it was basically just a waste of my time. In the future I will ignore your Toyota emails.
