A problem with the battery losing charge as needed to start the car was diagnosed and fixed by full recharging. However, this is the 2nd time in about 3 weeks that the battery was dead and the car couldn’t be started or even opened with the fob. Because the fully recharged battery passed all diagnositic tests in the shop, the cause of the 2 battery failures was not specifically identified. Thus I’m concerned that the battery will again unpredictably lose enough charge sometime in the future so that the car won’t start or that I will be unable to use the remote fob.

Did a far better job than other Toyota service crews. They too should be coaches for the Toyota franchise. All in all a perfect experience. Worth the drive from Arizona.
