Rachel Maseda does a fabulous job. She fixes up my car just right! She's friendly, gives me the information that I need, and keeps in touch with me about the progress of the work. No complaints at all!

Service was provided with politeness and courteousness. I would have liked faster service than waiting 1&1/2 hours for a tire rotation, especially since I had an appointment, but I was able to do some work while waiting, so I can’t really complain.
Also, I would have liked more information about the tire rotation since the front tires were much newer than the rear tires.

Since moving to Santa Barbara and having our car serviced here it has been very uneven as far as communication. This last experience went as best as it has been and yet when I got home and looked at the paperwork it stated I need to have the wheel that was replaced "re-torqued" after 100 miles. I'm confused (once again), why was this not pointed out to me and explained how this was to be done? Do I need to schedule another appointment? IT would have made sense to schedule this needed service right then. Now I have to call in for information that should have been simply supplied to me at pick up. Frustrated is how I describe how I feel often after having my car serviced at Toyota of Santa Barbara.

I had my car serviced yesterday 12.27 when I picked it up my tire pressure light was on & I notified the technician and he advised me to “drive it a few miles and it should go away” clearly no precautions were taken for the safety of myself and my child. I drove it home & woke up to a completely flat tire. I had AAA come and tow my vehicle in to the nearest tire shop to which they notified me my tires were fine and it was negligence on the technicians behalf. Clearly the job was rushed.
