Rick was professional in every way during our multiple interactions.
The overall experience however left me feeling that your service staff is most likely incentivized on profit margins, not your service department getting the customer back on the road for the least cost.
The way you got me to my repair total of $1,300 for a misfire in one cylinder, should have cost $350 for a single new coil, had the mechanic and or their supervisor actually thought through what the car needed ,and not simply plug in corporate profit guidelines.
Further, when I asked Rick if they could repair another problem they had discovered for a more reasonable price than was quoted, it was a hard NO. The quote was $1,600.00 to replace a cracked valve cover, which had just been repaired lass than a week ago. There are more details that can be discussed if you wish to call me because I’d like an opportunity for you to make this right.
As it stands I don’t think there was a satisfactory outcome to my experience. And that doesn’t build good community relations.
