Everyone at the dealership was very thoughtful and made an effort to explain what was to be done during my visit there. I chose to stay until the service was complete, and Rick was careful to be sure that I knew the service might take longer than anticipated. He thanked me for my patience when it did take longer than expected both hoped it would. One of your employees, as he passed by me told me that I looked so much like his grandmother. I laughed, hoping that his remark was not scripted!

I went in for minor repair on AC vent and left car for 3+ hours. I got text to pick it up whereupon I was blindsided with $1800+ estimate!—$709+ for plastic vent piece and $1,000+ for leaking water pump. I last bought car in 3 months ago and have hardly used it since then. I’ve taken my car here exclusively since 2010 when I moved here. I don’t like being blindsided at last minute and would have appreciated call beforehand. I also think $700 for plastic vent piece is utterly ridiculous. I’m willing to pay dealer for expertise but expect a fair price and detailed explanation on why part/service is needed. This is not the way to treat long-term customer.
