Rachel is the Best…. Been coming to this Toyota dealership since I moved here in 2001. Over the years , I probably had a dozen different Service Representatives…. Rachel is excellent and I always try to get her as my Service Representative.

My husband was driving that Prius when he noticed the rear passenger wasn't working again like it had nit been working the day I bought the car. They said they fixed it. He took it to Service and asked if it was under my Warrenty. They said no but would check it out. Turns out it was caused by a different problem and he offered to pay for it for me. He said Rachel was terrific.

Alex was a good service person but Toyota charge me way too much for a simple service. The products that they used for this service did not cost very much compared to what I was charged. I paid around $100 an hour for labor for a very simple service I will not be returning after years of being a client at Toyota.
