Rachel was great! My only issue is with the call service at SB Toyota. I called and tried to talk to service for 3 weeks and never received a call back before my appointment. This wasn’t an issue when calls were handled on site in Goleta.

Tod didn’t want to take my truck for warranty work, and suggested to go back to Ventura dealer, where I purchased it, since this new truck is plagued with transmission issues . He called his mgr, and they were talking for a while, finally they accepted it. Tod was not pleasant to work with.

The actual work done was great as expected. I was told it would be half an hour to an hour and ended up being over two hours. It was because the lunch hours began after I dropped it off. I would very much like to have known I was dropping off as the lunch hour began, that I was going to have to wait an extra hour on my day off because of it. I could've arranged any hour of that day because I was off.
Otherwise, happy with the work and people were polite and knowledgeable.
