Terrible service! I tried contacting my service advisor kim multiple times and never heard from her until the day to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived on Saturday my vehicle was filthy and had Yellow spots all over it. I talked to the service manager who informed me it would be at least an hour to get a car wash. I told him no and hour was too long, he brought my vehicle back up to me got out and walked inside without saying a word! When I got in my roof liner has dirty hand prints on it and it is not installed properly! You can see where there are pry marks on the plastic where they tried to unistall it. The fabric is hanging out around the sunroof and there are little bumps all pver it. Horrible experience at your facility and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone!

It took 3 days to get our car. We asked for a loaner and was told they don’t do that. We found out later some people do get loaners. We went 3 days without a car. Our service guy was great about keeping us informed but we feel it still took to long getting our car back.

Fuel door sliding door Repair went well, paint matched well, Stan cared about my time and communicated the extent of time required to complete the service. He even went above and beyond when he knew I had a time crunch to get my vehicle back, he went and got it himself when the blue shirts were busy on my first visit.
Also, loved riding with Lewis in the courtesy shuttle while the work on my van was performed. He is personable, friendly, and an efficient safe driver!
