Mike did a fine job, but I understand he had to leave early with a family emergency.
Better tracking and team work would have avoided the situation I encountered.
Problem was I got there at 3 for my appointment and it wasn’t until 4:45 or so, that another rep retrieved my car. I had checked twice with the cashier between 4:30 and 4:40 to see if she had my bill and she had not gotten it yet.
Who knows how long it was sitting back there and if I didn’t start inquiring it would have been longer.
No one said sorry for the delay. Oh yea! than the bill didn’t reflect the Service Coupon that got me there in the first place. So a call needed to be made to track that down. Still no, “sorry” for the mishap!
Treasure Coast Toyota is 7 miles away from us in Stuart. We bought a our first Prius there in ‘ 09. But we bought our second and third at your Dealership. FYI
Hope you can use this as a training example.
