Rafael is one best service manager I’ve worked with at Toyota. I had a great service today for my Tundra. I always go to Bev Smith Toyota for my Tundra maintenance.

My billing sheet said I declined the services of a brake change and drive belts - no one spoke to me once about that. On top of the fact that the salesman kept calling to ask for a appraisal despite multiple no statements.
Will be going with alternative options for future services.
