When I made an appointment to get my car serviced I wanted the factory recall for the braking system completed as well. It wasn’t until after I left and reviewed my invoice in more detail was I aware the recall work was not completed and I was not told it would be done at a later date. Seems a little unsafe driving around with a car with a known safety recall open on it. Was told I would be called when the recall is ready to be done. I hope I hear something back. Seems a little unsafe to me.

I scheduled an appointment for 1130 and arrived at 1115. It was in for oil, filter and rotation - simple maintenance. It took 3 hours to do this simple maintenance task. That is unacceptable particularly for a customer who had purchased 7 new Toyotas since 2007. Additionally, my 4 children own 3 new Toyotas and 2 used. You have way more sales and driveway people than needed for the little inventory on the lot. It takes little skill and training to do oil, filter and rotate. You better get a manager who services the owners better than this.
