It took longer than usual, which I contribute to being short staffed these days I hope- took almost 2 hrs which normally takes an hr. Kim is awesome though and I appreciate her professionalism.

I’m from Illinois and had my car serviced by you after trying Toyota in Vero Beach. I have a automotive background and they tried to sell me a complete brake job at 18,000 miles. When I had my oil changed last year you guys said one rotor scored but usable and all brakes good. I appreciate you honesty. PS. The brakes are still good at 37k and the highlander runs great. I like the way you do business and will return... plus you gals that brought snacks and water while we waited was a nice touch. Thanks Mike and all involved.
