Tim did a good job explaining the inspection report. I have zero complaint about Tim and the work from the service technicians. I explained to Tim about my experience arriving at the facility. I thought the dealership was working with the county prison work released program, due to the appearance and unprofessional demeanor of the welcoming attendant. One of the gentlemen was standing next to the truck just staring at my and the other was being yelled at because he was eating a donut in front of customer with chocolate all over his face. Also their wardrobe was not very uniform as most Toyota employees are.

Joseph was phenomenal with his assistance. Helped keep our daughter's car safe on the road. Kept us informed of delivery times for parts needed. The mechanics kept the repairs moving along as quickly as possible. This has been our best experience with Bev Smith thus far, and our other experiences were not bad to begin with. I'm on my 2nd Prius with them alreday, needless to say this is where I plan on staying whenever I need a new car.

One thing I was very disappointed in your music is extremely loud and I truly believe it’s unprofessional it should be a lot lower volume I’ve never been to a dealership where in the overhead music was blasting except at your place of business. Please reconsider toning it down. One other thing when the technician is finished he needs to give it to the service manager in a timely manner. I was on time but it took two hours to do service on my vehicle. I walked around the building twice and saw my car not in the shop it was finished and the technician never notified the manager. I had to go and asked I believe I see my car parked in between the isles. Tim was outstanding in every way to accommodate I was just disappointed I’m not getting the paperwork to him in a timely manner. Thank you
