Timothy Seymour’s professionalism, dedication, and satisfaction to myself and other costumers were absolutely outstanding. This was my second time having the pleasure of working with Tim Seymour at Bev Smith Toyota and could not have been happier. I have not come across many servicemen in other shops as detailed and meticulous as he is. He most definitely deserves recognition for having a “go getter” attitude and being knowledgeable serviceman. Thank you Bev Smith for hiring individuals like Tim who know and enjoy their jobs and put customers first. He is definitely one of those few individuals!

Your service department is in total disarray. No direction where to pick up your car, no follow up with the service advisor to review what was fixed. Customers standing in the service drive waiting for someone to recognize them that they are picking up the car . Not to mention a huge liability should someone get it by another vehicle waiting to pick up their car. My valet porter had to drive my car around the back road because the service drive was blocked. Parked it by the showroom. Did not pick up the protective covers for me and I was blocked by another porter dropping off another car and I was laughed at by your porters because I was blocked in. Totally unprofessional and will never go back. I’m sorry that I even bought my vehicle at your dealership. I have never seen such a shot show for a process.
