I have been a Toyota owner for 29 years, have purchased two of my 4 vehicles from your dealership. I took my car for maintenance and to repair the cover for the electrical panel and a weather stripping on the windshield. The parts were ordered, no one called me. After two weeks I called, yes the parts were there. I brought the car, 1, The weather stripping was short leaving .250 of an inch on each side. The service manager told Tim this should not have happened and a new one was ordered, I guess, no one has called me. The service manager or whom ever installed it should have realized that it was short and said something. 2 The electrical panel cover is not the same as the original the car had. This is something purchased from amazon. The WHOLE entire foundation in which I bring my car over to the original dealership and I am ok paying the cost is to maintain the integrity of the car. This is not acceptable. I want the cover replaced with a similar one that comes with every Toyota Corolla as my model and the weather stripping to leave no gaps. Please call me Melania.

We went in for our 10000 mile check- we had a 1030 am appointment and didn’t leave till 1215 - then on the way out there was a clicking on our rear wheel- we came back 5 minutes after we left- but it disappeared- it reappeared when we were going home and disappeared later again- possibly something in the wheel well? But an oil change and a tire rotation plus fixing a nail in a tire - if I had not gone out and questioned the amount of time- I believe we would have waited much longer- think about this- would you want this? I got a very bad feeling like it didn’t matter- our time was nothing. Think about it.

I had aftermarket lights put in my car and when I brought my car in for the second time to get it fixed you guys took my lights down and did not re-mount them underneath my vehicle. When I pick my car up there laying on the front floorboard of my car. I don’t feel I should have to pay to get them remounted they should’ve been put back where they were in the beginning.
