He made everything so smooth & easy, probably the best service appt i ever had thanks to Tyler & whole team as soon as u pull up! They were Excellent & friendly & got right to work. First time i did not have to wait 2 hrs for oil change & tire Rotation.

While servicing our Highlander, your worker disabled the rear door. This was extremely frustrating especially when we called back it took too much time for a return call. In fact, when waiting on my car’s paperwork I sat on a bench outside for 20 minutes and was shocked how many workers were just wandering around outside. Surely it should be a goal to have someone answer calls immediately and handle matters rather than hoping you get a return call whenever someone gets to it. In addition, the problem should not have occurred in the first place!!

My vehicle was received immediately upon my arrival at 7:00am at which time I took a seat in the customer lounge. Unlike previous visits, no one spoke with me. I remained in the lounge until 7:35 at which time I received a text saying my vehicle was ready. This was the first time I interacted with Jemina. As I was alone, I was shocked to have her tell me that she had discussed my vehicle service with my wife. I don’t know who she spoke with but whatever was done to my car, was never discussed with me. I was handed an invoice and left your dealership having no idea what was done to my vehicle or if there were any recommendations.

You guys still don’t value your customers time. My car sat in the shop for 5 hours, just for the staff to tell me that the wrong tire came in. Had I not advocated for myself I would have driven from Fort Pierce to Palm Beach on a doughnut. My advisor Tori was able to get a loaner car for me to get where I needed to be, but it really shouldn’t have came to that considering they were able to get the tire on and ready within the hour that it took me to get to class. This is a service that I paid for when I bought a brand new car so that I don’t have issues in the long run. This service costs so much more than the headache of having to deal with bev smith Toyota. This is the first and last time I purchase a car from your company.
