Happy with Kim (middleman), but not happy with info or feedback from Tech performing diagnostics. Tech indicated that my radio unit was not OEM item when it is!
When I get radio unit removed I will be glad to bring it to service dept and show that it is OEM item.

i found out today sunday october 8th while washing the car that the four rims were scratched really bad and deep where the “technitian changed the weights of the rims”.
