My service agent, Tyler Johnson is great. He is always informative, gives me his best advice, and listens to my concerns. Goes out of his way to help with any concerns I have. I feel he is honest, trustworthy and dependable. I would not want anyone else as my service rep. I realize Bev Smith is undergoing a major renovation, but their customer service accommodations need improvement. It was too crowded, people talking on their cell phones, visiting like it was a family reunion, some:trying to conduct business with others. Just too many people in such a small area.
It was nice that someone offered snacks, but how about signs saying no cell phone use, groups should meet outside, business should not be conducted in that common area. I look forward to improvements the next time I must come there
