I had requested the previous service advisor Kim , and specifically asked not to be assigned the one I had the last service . Of course I got her, not that she is unpleasant in any way , I just prefer advisors who won’t “ ****” you and work on their own commission. I owned and serviced way too many Toyotas :) but, I prefer to work with the same advisor , one that I can trust . I also would have appreciated if I would have been advised that you were under construction and have very little space to be able to distance from people . I was also promised a complimentary car wash which did not happen. After I paid with Tori she said my car would be brought up front shortly. When I came out it was parked and anyone could have just taken off with it. No one thanked me for the service and I just drove off without anyone paying any attention. I take customer service to heart and want to feel taken care of - not neglected if that make sense :) the greeting and the good byes are very very important details . I only needed tire rotations and it took a long time even with an early appointment.

Kim is great! I was upset because your phone system was on a persistent loop, no matter what option you push, it took you to main menu again. Tried the chat...worthless. Called Kim's number she gave ne when I get service, and she answered and took care of everything. So, I am still upset that your phone system ****, but I sure like Kim, you better hold onto her or you will lose a customer for sure.
