Did you check everything when I had my car serviced

I went in at 9am for a tire rotation & oil change. It was suggested that I get new hubcaps. I thought that I agreed to 3 hubcaps. But the quote was for only 2. Nevertheless, the service department could not find the hubcaps I canceled the hubcaps.
I did not get out of there until 12pm three hours later
Needless to say, I was very unhappy with the service which took three hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, and determine that you didn’t have the hubcaps that were needed for this my car

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of listening by the staff. To focus in what they want to do auto and not listening the reasons why the customer bringing the auto. Wells thanks you guys anyway for showing me that better go to some place more reliable.
