She was not professional at all. She was not assure that the plastic the mechanic used was removed from the seat. Also a plastic on the power steering was also left in the car. In addition the paper mat was not removed.

First of all, having Kim as our service tech makes it a pleasure to have car serviced at Bev Smith. We were there to have a number (6) of basic items maintained on our 2018 Camry XLE. I agreed to have our car appraised and look at a 2025 Camry XLE. With only 18,186 miles on our car and it being in excellent condition, it did not make sense to spend another $20,000 to upgrade now. It will be nice to visit the dealer once the renovation is done and check out the inventory in the future. Thanks Kim.

I am totally not happy about the gas mileage, which is 18-19 mpg. I had a 2016 Tacoma with same engine and was getting 21-24 mpg. Windsticker on 2023 Tacoma said 19-24 mpg. What a lie. I do not think I would have bought this vehicle knowing the real mpg stats

Service was great. Wasn’t happy learning about the Qi details as that is not what the sales team (when I bought my car)told me when telling me about that selling point. I had I known the details I would have upgraded to a different phone than I did. So it is useless to me. Other than that all is great.
