Left a review online A HUGE NO to the service dept. 3 strikes I am done. Today my car started making this horrible whinning noise while you are in motion, even lounder at take off and when you come to a stop. Not while you are stopped. I called and they got me in same day. The noise is so loud I thought it was the older car next to mine but it wasn't. I have a 23 cross with 13,000 miles and it didn't make this noise yesterday. I sat outside for 1 n 1/2 hours and never seen my car drive pass me but they claimed 3 people drove it and no one could hear it. I asked if the mechanic could ride with me around the parking lot, you hear it as soon as you take off. The mechanic said it's against policy for me to drive him 5 seconds around the parking lot. The car salesman can sit in the passenger seat and do test drives. I took my keys and I am DONE. My car whined all the way home. Their excuse is if there's no codes there's nothing wrong. Very untrue. That's what you call a bad service center not every problem has a light. Horrible customer service. I will either pass by and go to Vero or go to Stuart. I will never waste my time her again. ???? done..... Bye bye Bev Smith I have been a customer for over 20 years. No more Bev Smith= BS

Anthony is a very helpful person and knows what is going on with vehicles and he is a good guy. Don’t lose him!

The service advisor did not address one of the problems that I asked her to. 2 and a 1/2 hours is much much too long for a simple oil change when we had an appointment.

Car returned with plastic wrap in rear seat. Steering wheel wrapped in plastic and floor matt dirty on the floor. Why do I have to dispose of this stuff. You should wash the vehicle before returning it to customer. I had a huge amount of love bugs on front of car and windshield. These should have been cleaned. I give you a zero out of 5
