Angela is great, as is the rest of the team that engaged in my vehicle purchase. Let me be clear that My issue is NOT with the team members.
On a brand new K4, 1000 miles I will be back Monday morning for the 2nd time for a sunroof that isn’t working. In addition, my vehicle was back 3 times for the window tint. The team there was great. They ageed on the re-do.

Getting in touch with the service team member was next to impossible. Always have to leave a message and they would send you to someone else’s voicemail. No calls back. It took calling and asking for a manager to get a response.

It took a month to get my car back. But Cory would not return my repeated calls. I had to get Richard involved, then he failed to return my calls. I appreciate you finally fixing my Kia Sportage, and waxing it, and not charging me for an oil change and getting me a rental after over 2 weeks without a car. But I will be going to another Kia dealer in the future. I just can’t take you not returning calls. Sorry!!
