I I left your lot advising. There was nothing wrong with my speaker in my car yet immediately after I left, I had the same issue pulled out my camera recorded the noise buzzing in the background while listening to music. I then sent a text message to your service representative advising him with this information and he said he couldn’t hear anything on his phone and left it at that. He advised me he couldn’t hear it, but never followed through with anything and then I get this survey? Terrible service I would not recommend anyone to your company other than getting the month on month maintenance from you guys just to keep up the car.
