Was told two different things about the warranty I have. One place in RI says it’s accepted all over and Bev Smith said they don’t accept it. Maybe all Kia’s need to be on the same page or at least inform the customers that not all of what they say is true.

3+ hours for an oil change?? Plus the man behind the outside desk was blatantly rude when I asked why I wasn’t called to reschedule because they were short handed. It certainly left a lot to be desired. Will not be coming back once my maintenance plan is used up. And would not buy a car from this dealership in the future very very disappointed.
