When I bought the vehicle, there was a lot of smudging on the driver side door and a lot of scratches on the top of the vehicle. My salesman Pat told me it would be taken care of, but when I got the vehicle, it was not taken care of. I waited to bring it back on my first service appointment and I told my contact Told me that I have to bring my issue to my sales guy. I think it’s ridiculous. I’ve brought the issue in my contact you guys should be able to. I’m not trying to jump. If you don’t wanna make me happy that’s on you. If you wanna make me happy that’s awesome they clearly missed the mark on this one you guys keep missing the Mark
