This was my first experience with Kia service. Frank was very helpful and polite. The service was fast and efficient. Before I drove away I had questions and Frank went above and beyond to help make sure I had every issue resolved before driving away.
I would also like to add that the shuttle service was exceptional. The driver, Phillip, was considerate and kind. He made sure my kids and I got home safe and sound.
