Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 3 hours to be told that I needed to change the tires and breaks. When I mentioned that I was enrolled with the tire and battery for life program, I was told I needed to wait to change the tires unless I wanted to pay out of pocket.
Not sure what was that all about… If I needed to change the tires, why were not changed?
Also, the wait would have to be longer…

Brought it in for a software update. While it was in I asked they check a intermittent “clunking” from the front end and look at the brakes. Found nothing, but charged $70+ for what may have been a warranty issue.
