Justin was very helpful the last visit and this time to listen and explain the issue with the oil leaking why it was happening and what they did to correct it .Plus took it to the service manager to make sure nothing was missed .let’s hope it won’t happen again .plus I heard him speak to other customers very good PR skills .

I appreciate the fact that Frank and another I believe John followed thru with a question I had regarding my headlights and took pictures along with a picture of the VIN to submit to KIA for resolution.
