My appt was for 11 a.m this morning and it took 3 hours to do an oil change! Zachary was very nice and professional however waiting 3 hours is totally unacceptable. I was given a 10% discount on my $40 wiper blades but honestly they should have been free considering 3 hours of my day was wasted.

Visiting my sister in Fort Pierce from Gainesville was leaving early the next morning my brake light on the driver side was out. I went to Kia nice man named D Red shirt (I think he is a Greeter when you first drive up for service) Asked if I had appointment which I didn’t have and see what he can do to get the bulb replaced he told Zachary the service advisor my situation, Zachary said I would have to wait a little but he would get it in. Needless to say I got it fixed.Those guys are the best they knew I was worried about driving back. ?????????? Service

We had an unprofessional experience. Poor customer service and poor communication. Asked for a loaner told twice no loaner cars after the car was dropped off earlier that week.friday to Friday. Hard to reach on the phone and get answers. Your advisors should be able to help customers even if a loaner isn't available. Very disappointed. We will go to another city even though this location is convenient for us as they can provide a loaner and communication and customer service.
