I visited the dealership on March 3, 2022 to have a tire looked at that I had a nail in, and the Salesman named Frank assisted me. I was under the assumption that I had road hazard warranty for my car, but I was told by him that I did not have it, and i would have to purchase a new tire because the tire that was damaged could not be repaired and I was surprised at the price of the tire which I did not have to spend on a tire. After getting the tire repaired it cost me a lot more than what I could afford but I ended up buying the tire anyway. The next morning i called and told them I wanted my old tire back because I was going to get a second opinion and I took it to another shop that repairs tires and I was told by the tire changer that it could be fixed I was shocked after hearing that. I had my old tire repaired and took the new one back to the dealer for a refund. I have been a loyal customer for five years with no issues and pays on time every month. but I always had nothing bu ftrust from the Salesman at Kia. If they don't want my business I can go somewhere else.
