They did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought in with the head light out, when I asked if all that was checked off I was told that it was. When I specifically asked about the head light she appeared to be caught off guard with my question. It was at this point I made her aware that the headlight was out yet it was checked off green. Although I informed her about the lights when I was told the vehicle was ready and asked about the light it was not looked into. I had to ask for a manager to make the report.
