I have never had a car service advisor as good as Justin! I was a little bit late due to traffic, and he assured me it would not be a problem and remembered everything I said that needed to be done and made sure I had something to drink and that they washed my car before I left. Worse service I have ever had! No communication whatsoever! I will never buy a Kia again! And I will tell everyone I know not to buy a Kia! I had to call and ask about my car for the whole MONTH they had my car. Justin Stephen only called me one time out of that month. And I was told by a front desk girl they didn’t have my car and then proceeded to laugh! Absolutely terrible service from start to finish! No one put in my right phone number every time I called they wanted me to leave a message, until finally I demanded to speak to someone. Never again will I deal with them. And I will never buy a Kia again.
